A – 30 day money back guarantee
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to Laboratoire Suisse within 30 days for a refund, excluding your original shipping and handling charges. Health and beauty products are subject to reasonable trial (moderate use of the product).
Returning Items
Re-package the item(s) along with all parts in the box that it came in or one appropriate for shipping.
Ship your item(s) via an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed at the following address: Wampole Inc. 1310 rue Nobel, Boucherville, Qc, J4B 5H3, Canada.
B – Legal guarantees
The Civil Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Law provides legal guarantees namely related to hidden defects as well as usage of sold goods. These legal guarantees also apply to this sale. This guarantee can in no way hinder, or suppress the legal guarantee provided by the manufacturer when there is one.
C – Price
The prices of our products are displayed in Canadian currency and the applicable taxes are added to the amount. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Canadian currency. Goods and Services sold in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods & Services Tax (GST). GST is currently 5%.
In addition, Provincial Sales Tax may apply to your purchase depending on the final destination.

Shipping
Shipping fee across the Canada
The shipping fees are at a flat rate of $15 for orders under $50, and $10 for orders from $50 to under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. Furthermore, in a concern for quality of service, we insure every shipment and ask that the Purolator receipt be signed at delivery. Please note that our delivery services do not extend to the following territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nunavut.
Delivery deadlines
Our deliveries are made within 7 to 10 working days from the date of your order if the products are available in stock and delivered by Purolator.
