General information
Yes, Laboratoire Suisse is a Quebec-based company that, since 1989, has been offering a complete range of natural health products made from carefully selected natural source ingredients.
Laboratoire Suisse products are proudly made in Quebec, with over 75% of them being locally produced. They hold the “Manufactured in Quebec” certification granted by the independent organization Les Produits du Québec. We are proud to offer the quality of Quebec-made products to our customers.

Shipping and returns
The shipping fees are at a flat rate of $15 for orders under $50, and $10 for orders from $50 to under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. Furthermore, in a concern for quality of service, we insure every shipment and ask that the Purolator receipt be signed at delivery. Please note that our delivery services do not extend to the following territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nunavut.
Our delivery time is of 7 to 10 business days from the date of your order for in-stock products delivered by Purolator. If there is a delay in the delivery of your order two weeks after it has been placed, we will automatically notify you of an extended delivery time either by phone or email.
Laboratoire Suisse offers you a 30-day period from the delivery of your item to return it if you are not completely satisfied. Please note that products on sale in the “Clearance” section are not eligible for a refund and are considered a final sale.
Laboratoire Suisse will refund the price paid for the item, minus shipping and handling fees. For consumable products, Laboratoire Suisse reserves the right to refuse or partially refund the item if it has been consumed beyond a reasonable limit.
For any returns, the package must be properly stamped and returned at your expense to the following address:

Repackage the item(s) with all parts in the box it arrived in or in a suitable shipping box.
Ship your item(s) using an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed, to the following address:

Once the product is received at our warehouse, you can expect your refund within a maximum of 10 business days. Upon receiving the returned product, any amount charged to the buyer’s credit card by Laboratoire Suisse for the product, excluding shipping and handling fees, will be credited as soon as possible.

This guarantee does not in any way reduce or eliminate the manufacturer’s legal guarantee, if applicable. Laboratoire Suisse makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information of the website. However, Laboratoire Suisse does not guarantee that the product descriptions or any other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, or error-free. If a product offered by Laboratoire Suisse does not conform to its description, your only recourse is to return it in its original condition.
