Description

Dosage
(Adults, 19 years and older): Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) 1 time per day or according to your health care practitioner’s recommendations.

- 2 mg of Vitamin B2 (riboavin 5′-phosphat sodium)
- 40 mg of Vitamin B3 (niacinamide)

- 10 mcg of Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)
- 10 mg of Elemental iron (as iron gluconate dihydrate)

Instructions and cautions
INSTRUCTIONS: Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Shake well before use. For an optimal experience, dilute in water or fruit juice, but it can also be consumed on its own. Store at a temperature between 15-30°C.
CAUTION AND WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
